Cartier Tank Américaine reference 1736 in 18k white gold, measuring approximately 45 × 26mm and powered by Piaget’s impressive, ultra-thin 9P. This large manual-wind version dates from the 1990s, preceding and stylistically inspiring the Collection Privée - Cartier Paris. Its curved case, in rich white-gold is balanced by a signed 18k white-gold Cartier folding clasp - completing the set and being a detail with particular relevance at Cartier, where the folding buckle has been a house signature since 1909.
The movement was recently serviced by Cartier and the watch is accompanied by two additional straps.
